Sunrock Ceramics LLC is pleased to announce the recent Acquisition of its Business and Facilities by Powder Processing and Technology, LLC to Accelerate Sunrock’s Growth and Expansion

Sunrock Ceramics, a specialized manufacturer of high purity refractory ceramics, effective January 1, 2026, announces that it has been acquired by Powder Processing and Technology, LLC the (PPT GROUP) based in Valparaiso, Indiana, a wholly owned business of EJ-Vestco Industries. The acquisition positions Sunrock Ceramics for its next phase of growth through increased investment and expanded capabilities. The company will continue to operate under the Sunrock Ceramics name, and management leadership.
